Today is… kind of a big deal. It’s BGC Club Day! All across our Clubs, we are celebrating in ALL the ways. We are playing games with friends and loved ones, doing crafts, and of course, sharing meals. Why? Well, we have a lot to be excited about!
Every day after school (and all summer long!), our Clubs open their doors to kids and youth. We’re there to listen. To let them fail (safely) and believe in them still, and to give them a place that really feels like THEIR place!
When kids and youth have that, they become better leaders. They learn to make decisions that are good for them. They want to explore their interests. And, they develop the skills that they need to have strong, healthy relationships. When kids are spending time at BGC, they are spending time becoming EXACTLY who they are meant to be!
That’s why we are celebrating MORE kids spending MORE time in MORE Clubs!
This past year, more kids and youth spent time at BGC. That means more incredible human impact right here in our communities, and we have no plans of slowing down.
So, today, we hope you’ll celebrate BGC Club Day with us, because YOU help make this place the BEST place.
